The Pincode is mainly used by the Indian post office or any other courier system in order to identify the delivery location of the package. The customers can also use the Pincode finder tool on the Indian postal department to locate the addressee location and then can mention it in the letter. Then the customer can book the speed post or registered post. The status of both these types of posts can be known using the speed post tracking tool available on the postal website.
